Data Privacy Notice and Consent

Jasmin Rough Coaching respects your privacy and complies with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173), its Implementing Rules and Regulations, and issuances of the National Privacy Commission.

What we collect - Personal details: full name, email, mobile number, birthday, sex, height. - Health and fitness data: weight, BMI (calculated from your weight and height), how you feel at check-ins, your fitness goal and notes. - Progress photos: before and progress photos you or your coach upload. - Activity: sessions attended, packages, gym schedule, notification settings.

Weight, BMI and photos are sensitive personal information. We only process them with your consent.

Why we collect it To track your training sessions and packages, show your progress, send you gym reminders and package alerts, and help Coach Jasmin coach you better.

Who can see it Only you and Coach Jasmin. Other clients can never see your data or photos. Photos are stored in private storage and are only shown through short-lived secure links. We do not sell or share your data. Our technology providers (Supabase for the database and storage, Cloudflare for hosting) process data on our behalf under their security terms.

How long we keep it For as long as your account is active. If you ask us to delete your account, we delete your data and photos within 30 days, except records we must keep by law.

Your rights Under RA 10173 you have the right to be informed, to access, to correct, to object, to erasure or blocking, to data portability, and to file a complaint with the National Privacy Commission.

How to request deletion Go to Profile > Settings > Request account deletion in the app, or tell Coach Jasmin directly.

Consent By ticking the consent box you freely give your consent to the collection and processing of your personal and sensitive personal information as described above. You may withdraw consent at any time by requesting account deletion.

Booking an appointment on the website

When you book a free consultation, a Gems Fitness member session or a coaching session, we collect:

Your details: full name, mobile number and email address.
What you tell us: the optional note about what you'd like help with.
Gems Fitness membership details (only for the member free session), so Coach Jasmin can check you are a member.
Your appointment: the type, date and time, and its status (confirmed, cancelled, attended).
How you found us: the page or social link you came from (for example Instagram). This is not used to identify you.

Why: to arrange and confirm your appointment, contact you about it by phone or message if something changes (and notify you in the app if you are a client), and to prevent double bookings and spam. The spam check is provided by Cloudflare Turnstile. We do not send your booking details to any email or marketing service.

Who can see it: only Coach Jasmin. We never sell or share your details.

How long we keep it: if you become a client, your bookings stay with your account. If you don't, your booking details are deleted automatically 12 months after your appointment.

Your rights: under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173) you can ask to see, correct or delete your booking details at any time. Use the cancel link on your booking confirmation, or message Coach Jasmin to have your details deleted sooner.

Sending a request on the website

When you send a request (for a free consultation, a Gems Fitness member session or coaching), we collect your name, mobile number, and, if you choose to give them, your email, Gems Fitness membership details, preferred times and message.

How it's handled: your request is sent by email to Coach Jasmin's Gmail inbox (a Google service) so she can text or call you back. It is not saved on this website. The spam check is provided by Cloudflare Turnstile.

Why: only to reply to you and arrange your session.

How long we keep it: Coach Jasmin deletes the email once she has followed up, and in any case within 12 months.

Your rights: under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173) you can ask to see, correct or delete your details at any time. Just message Coach Jasmin.
