Questions
Things women ask me.
Can't find your answer? Ask me in your free consult or send me a message.
I've never been to a gym. Is this for me?
Yes. Most of the women I coach were nervous walking in the first time. I was too. We start with what your body can do today and build from there, step by step.
I'm a busy mom. How much time do I need?
Most clients train two to three times a week, about an hour each time. We build the plan around your kids, your work and your energy, not the other way around.
I'm not a Gems Fitness member. Can I still train with you?
Coaching happens at Gems Fitness. Book a free consult and I'll walk you through the options for non-members.
How does the Gems member free session work?
If you're a Gems Fitness member, request your free session on the booking page and add your membership details. I'll confirm your time by message. It's one free session per member.
What happens in the free consult?
We talk for 15 to 20 minutes about where you are, what you want to change and what's been getting in the way. I'll explain how I coach and what a plan could look like for you. No pressure and no hard sell.
How much does coaching cost?
It depends on the package (8, 12 or 24 sessions). I share pricing in your free consult, once I understand what you need.
Do you give meal plans or nutrition advice?
I'm a NASM Certified Sports Nutrition Coach, so I give practical, everyday food guidance that supports your training and fits your family's meals.
For medical diets or specific health conditions, please work with a doctor or licensed nutritionist-dietitian.
I'm dealing with anxiety or depression. Can coaching help?
Yes, and you can talk to me about it. I've lived with depression and anxiety attacks myself, so there's no judgment here. On hard days we adjust the session, and sometimes just showing up and moving is the win.
Exercise and a steady routine can support how you feel. Training gave me something steady to hold on to when I had no drive for life.
But coaching is not a replacement for professional mental-health care. I encourage you to keep working with a doctor or counselor alongside training, and I'm happy to fit our sessions around that.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
Life with kids happens. Just call or text me and we'll pick a new time. Please let me know at least 12 hours before so I can offer the slot to someone else.
Is there an app for clients?
Yes, it's coming soon, exclusive for my clients. You'll be able to check in at the gym, see the sessions left in your package, track your weight and keep private before/after photos on your phone.
When it opens, my clients get their invite from me. Until then, we track your progress together in our sessions.
Coach Jasmin is a fitness coach, not a doctor or mental-health professional. Coaching supports your health and confidence but does not replace medical or psychological care. Please consult your doctor before starting a new exercise program.

You don't have to do this alone.
Twenty minutes. One honest conversation. That's all the first step is.
